Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of myastrobody.com and the MyAstroBody features expressly made available through it, including chart tools, Soul Codes, Soli AI, digital oracle tools, educational content, and purchases or bookings. Some features may not yet be available. A mobile app, third-party marketplace, or separately operated service may have additional terms identified when you access it.

By accepting these terms when prompted, creating an account, or using the services after being given notice of these terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate privacy consent required by law.

2. Age and eligibility

Accounts and Soli AI are intended for users aged 13 or older. You must also meet any higher minimum age required by the law where you live. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and authorize your use. A parent or guardian must authorize purchases made by a minor.

Current registration requirement: MyAstroBody account registration requires you to be 18 or older. The general age language above does not permit anyone under 18 to register or bypass that requirement.

Children under 13 may not create accounts or use Soli AI. Any children’s books, cards, or merchandise offered for purchase are intended to be purchased by adults; purchasing these products does not authorize a child to use an online account. Separate rules would be required before offering an online service to children under 13.

3. Accounts and birth information

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your login credentials secure. Notify us at admin@myastrobody.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; this does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law.

Chart outputs depend on the birth date, birth time, birthplace, calculation settings, and other information supplied. Inaccurate or incomplete information can change results. Different astrological systems and calculation methods may produce different interpretations.

If a feature allows you to enter another person’s information, you must have permission or another lawful basis to do so. Do not enter a child’s birth information unless that feature has been specifically approved and configured for lawful processing of children’s information.

4. Purpose and limits of the services

MyAstroBody offers astrology, symbolic interpretation, spiritual exploration, education, and self-reflection. Content may include Western or Vedic astrology, Human Design, numerology, Soul Codes, oracle readings, and related interpretations. These frameworks are interpretive and are not scientifically validated methods for predicting events, diagnosing conditions, or guaranteeing outcomes.

Our content, chart outputs, readings, strategy sessions, and Soli responses are not medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Wellness content is general educational material and is not individualized treatment or dietary advice. Do not use the services to diagnose or treat a condition or replace qualified professional care. Do not disregard professional advice because of content on the services.

You make your own decisions. We do not promise a particular relationship, career, health, financial, spiritual, or other outcome. Soli is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Soli AI

Soli is an artificial intelligence guide, not a human adviser. Its responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. Verify important information independently and use judgment before acting on a response. Outputs may not be unique and similar responses may be generated for other users.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, confidential third-party information, or information you do not have permission to share. The Privacy Policy explains how prompts, responses, chart context, and related information are processed, retained, and shared with AI providers.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the services for lawful personal purposes. You may not use them to harass, exploit, threaten, impersonate, or harm others; submit unlawful material; violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights; bypass access controls; interfere with security or availability; distribute malware; or obtain unauthorized access to accounts or data.

You may not systematically scrape or commercially redistribute our content without written permission, except where applicable law permits it. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

7. Our content and your submissions

MyAstroBody branding, original text, graphics, character designs, software, card artwork, and other protected materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive right to access and use the services and purchased digital content for your personal use, subject to these terms and any license disclosed at purchase. Buying access does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

You retain any rights you have in material you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that material only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy. This license does not itself authorize AI model training or unrelated advertising use of personal information. Any such processing must be separately disclosed and lawfully authorized.

You may use generated reports and Soli responses for personal purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that AI outputs qualify for copyright protection or are free of third-party rights.

8. Prices and purchases

Prices, currency, taxes, delivery charges, and material purchase terms will be disclosed before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize charges you expressly approve. Payment providers may impose their own terms.

For a subscription, checkout will state the price, billing interval, any trial or introductory period, renewal terms, and cancellation method. A subscription renews only on the terms you agree to at checkout and as permitted by law. Any required renewal or price-change notices will be provided.

Cancel through Settings → Billing at /profile?tab=billing using Cancel subscription and then Confirm cancellation for the relevant subscription. The annual calendar has a separate Cancel calendar renewal control. For subscriptions purchased through an app marketplace, use that marketplace’s subscription controls. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access and any refund for the current period are governed by the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription billed by a separate marketplace; cancel it through that marketplace.

9. Refunds, deliveries, and bookings

For questions or requests about refunds, deliveries, returns, damaged items, or bookings, contact admin@myastrobody.com and identify your purchase. Do not send full payment card details.

Relevant policies must be available before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or defective-goods rights. A digital-content withdrawal waiver, where applicable, requires the separate consent and acknowledgment required by local law.

10. Third-party services and readers

Links, payment systems, external platforms, and independently operated reader services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services operated independently by third parties, except where applicable law makes us responsible.

MyAstroBody’s reader booking checkout collects payment through Stripe and records the selected reader and booking details. Contact admin@myastrobody.com with booking or payment concerns. Review any reader-specific terms presented before booking.

11. Availability and account restrictions

We may update features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a material violation of these terms, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Contact admin@myastrobody.com to question a restriction.

If we discontinue a paid service or terminate paid access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will address unused prepaid amounts as required by law and the applicable purchase terms. You may request account closure through Settings → Profile → Delete Account or by emailing admin@myastrobody.com. The current Delete Account control deactivates the account and retains data; it does not automatically purge personal information. Data retention and deletion requests are explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties

Informational and entertainment purpose only. All tailored insights, data, charts, calculations, and other information provided by the website, App where covered, and related services, including information derived from your birth date and exact birth time, are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. We make no representations, guarantees, or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information, except as required by applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL TAILORED INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, BUGS, OR VIRUSES. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT REMOVE OUR LEGAL DUTIES TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION OR ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

Limitation of liability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES; RELIANCE ON TAILORED INFORMATION; OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA. A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER’S RESPONSIBILITIES ARE GOVERNED BY ITS OWN AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAW; THESE TERMS DO NOT PURPORT TO RELEASE THAT PROVIDER FROM ITS INDEPENDENT LEGAL DUTIES.

Cap on monetary damages. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW JERSEY LAW AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50).

Rights that remain protected. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any liability, statutory remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Where a disclaimer or limitation is not legally enforceable, it does not apply to that extent.

Basis of the agreement. These provisions allocate risk between you and the Company and form part of the terms on which we offer the services, subject to the protected rights above.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory protections under the law applicable to you. Courts with jurisdiction may hear disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to use another court, including courts where you live.

You may contact admin@myastrobody.com to try to resolve a concern informally. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator, or other remedy available by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

14. Changes to these terms

We will post updated terms with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide notice on the website before they take effect and obtain renewed agreement when required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or change an existing purchase except as lawfully agreed. If you do not accept updated terms, you may stop using the services and contact us about account closure and any applicable prepaid balance.

15. General provisions and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These terms and the purchase terms expressly presented to you govern the relevant service; mandatory legal rights take priority.
